By submitting an entry, you warrant and represent that the submission is the original writing of the entrant, has not been previously published, has not won a previous prize or award, that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials and that your entry does not violate any law, regulation or any right of any third-party, including but not limited to rights of copyright, publicity and privacy. Entries may not defame or invade the rights of publicity or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon a person’s personal or proprietary rights. All entries become the property of the Sponsor; Sponsor is under no obligation to correspond about entries nor will entries be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry and any time in the event it is determined that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. Entrants grant the sponsor all of the rights of ownership, reproduction, and use of entries for any purpose whatsoever without compensation or further permission, including but not limited to an irrevocable and perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide right, in all media (now known or later developed) to assign, use, publish, edit, modify, alter, or otherwise utilize entries.

Neither the Contest Entities nor any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees, nor any Internet access providers (collectively "Released Parties") are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure of any telephone, computer or other network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access the BabySmell.com web site, for problems uploading or downloading any Contest-related materials from the web site, or for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incorrect or incomplete entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, receipt of entry occurs when the Sponsor’s servers successfully receive the submitted text and record the required entry information.

JUDGING/DETERMINING WINNERS: All eligible Entries received during the Contest Dates for Submission will be judged by a panel of representatives of the Sponsor ("Panel"). The Panel will score each eligible entrant's submission based on the following judging criteria: a) originality; b) relevance; c) humor; and d) appropriate content free of profanity. 

Based on the Panel's decision, up to ten (10) Entries are defined as "Potential Finalists." One (1) "Grand Prize Winner" be chosen to win $5,000 and five (5) "Finalists" will win a Diaper Genie II Elite™ Advanced Disposal System and a 1-year supply of liner refills (this is limited to 24 refills which will be rendered at one time).  The winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or express mail (email) at Sponsor’s sole discretion by November 10, 2008.
